The winery consists of a new building completed in 2009.
Entered on an area of 2,000 sqm. is two floors above ground and a basement for a total of approximately 1,500 sqm available. Designed and built with a new design addressed all the functionality, provides clear division for each of the production process with the search conditions of hygiene and health for each area.
Among the most important are leading the area reserved for withering, space essential to the realization of Amarone della Valpolicella. It is constituted from an attic with a view orientation to allow a natural flow of air from north to south, ideal for drying the grapes that occurs without the aid of artificial equipment.
Other prominent local worthy is the huge arcade that joins the two buildings and continues south to the square of working for a very important and can receive all our guests at the events we organize in a context unique as are our vineyard.
The underground part, because of its deep, allows us to obtain an ideal microclimate for the elevation of our great wines.
